Mice Year Say Mice

It's going to be Mice Year soon, and time is always flying faster than we could imagine. It was very coincidental that I got two cute hamsters last November. Right now, they are growing fast and healthily, though the female is growing bigger, which makes the male silly hamster harder to XXX...lol...I always laugh at him when he gets pushed off from his girlfriend on his back with his feet in the air when he tries to do something with his dragon lady. That is so hilarious. Here are some cute pictures I took like several days ago...

MSN Space Down?

It's kind of disappointing that it takes ages to log on MSN Space, and that's why I can't update my blogs lately. I guess it has something to do with the education net, which is where I am, since people outside school can log on without any problems. Who knows...It has been over a week now...DARN!!!! The good news is there will be less and less time for me to stay in university, so at least I will be ok after several months, which is the worst scenario.

By the way, it is snowing right here in Shanghai. Amazing! After my sister and friends enjoyed the joy of snow in Chengdu, it seems my turn has arrived...Yay~~

Saturday Night Pics

The fog has gone away, and the temperature dropped like at least 5 degrees. It's cool to see the lights on the balcony, though very cold. Windy Saturday Night Pics:

Foggy Shanghai

It's really weird that the fog can be scary. Two days ago, a big fog attacked this city, and I can remember that there was some kind of strange smell in the air as well. It was obvious that the air is badly polluted, thanks to the cars on the road and plants giving out tons of exhaust gases. In the mean time, the temperature is getting strangely high, maybe it was because of the high moisture which meant the air was so saturated that the water can no longer take away any more heat into the air. Anyway if it was in summer, it would have been extremely uncomfortable, known as the sauna weather. Today, Shanghai is still foggy and wet all day long. I don't know what is going on, but I have heard that temperature is going to drop in the next a couple of days, and hopefully Shanghai can get some snow as some cities can in the north of the Yangtzi River. I love living in the south, but it is just so hard to see the snow which I love so much. I have friends working in Beijing, telling me that southerners should not go living in the north. Yet thinking about the snow and even ice sculpture is just so cool to me. I have never been to the north in winter, and I just wish one day I can see the world all covered in white.

Hold On

"Hold on!" I have learned this on the moment I decided to keep on walking on this road. It is so true that life is hard for any one of us. There are always ups and downs in a person's life, and what matters is how one can pull through. I just want to tell myself that, no matter how hard life is, I still have my faith in myself, and I still have hope...

A pebble in the water makes a ripple effect, and every action in this world will bear a consequence. I will survive, yes I will...

The First Blog in 2008

Well, actually, I should have written my words on January the 1st, but I just didn't want to make it like such a big deal, since getting into 2008 is just our responsibilities, for ourselves, for our families, for those who care about us. Life has to move on.

Tonight, I don't want to write anything "special", and I just want to share a movie with you guys. This is my first time to recommend a movie here on my space, and I know I am not a good movie commenter, so I will just show you the poster and how I feel about it briefly.

There you go:

2 Days In Paris

The theme of the movie is quite simple--love and relationship. It reminds me of lots of things, and I found it's quite interesting. Of course, it also shows that Paris is not always beautiful as shown in TVs. I like Americans' laugh-at-everything's attitude. The characters are acting quite naturally, and more often it's like an amateur movie. Maybe just because of this, the movie seems to be more real and likable. For the fading memories, I, personally, think this movie is worth seeing, not only once.

Cheers~~
